Must have led the implementation of four (4) digital services products within the five (5) years.
At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience developing applications using Node.js.

At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience developing applications using React or other open source client-side framework suitable for one-page application development.

At least two (2) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience developing applications that connect to legacy applications and/or databases via a messaging queue.

At least one (1) year of FTE experience developing software as part of a Scrum team to provide services that meet user needs.

At least one (1) year of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience as a full stack developer.

At least one (1) year of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience working with DB2.

At least one (1) year of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience with DevOps using open source container (e.g., Docker) and continuous integration (e.g., Travis CI) tools.
