We have an Opening on " Vendavo SCM Consultant"
positions in Fort Worth-TX
Duration: 12+Months

Visa status: U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Corp-Corp or 3rd Parties: ACCEPTED

Bachelors/ Masters in CS/CE/IT or equivalent

5 to 8 years of progressive experience in software development / programming and customer communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of agile/iterative development methodologies
Experience with Vendavo Price Manager, Deal Manager, and Profit Analyzer
Experience with Vendavo Scripting Language (VSL) and Vendavo Query Language (VQL)
Experience with Vendavo software installation (i.e. Vendavo environment setup)
Strong Java/J2EE coding, development and diagnostics experience
In-depth knowledge of working with databases such as DB2
Knowledge regarding development and deployment on application servers, such as JBoss
Experience with development tools such as Eclipse IDE, Perl, Code/Memory Profiler, Ant
Experience with using version control systems (SVN, Git) and bug tracking systems
Application development and troubleshooting skills of web/Java applications and Internet technologies like HTTP, HTML, WebServices, SOAP, Java Script
Experience with XML and SQL technologies to be able to interpret XML Schema, understanding XML data structures, write complex queries
Working experience in large scale project implementation and deployment expertise
Experience with projects spanning over 1 year with not less than 6-months in an onsite-offshore co-ordination model
Ability to work and communicate with business partner, internal IT teams, and vendor to build and deploy solutions
Ability to be a self-starter, motivated and energetic individual with keen analytical skills and flexibility to work in a challenging environment
