Role Specific Responsibilities
User Experience Design
Ability to design complex transactional solutions for delivery across various devices/platforms.
Ability to partner with Product Manager(s) to define, assess and prioritize Business scope.
Ability to assess requirements and design options against technology impacts and constraints.
Ability to produce site maps, user flows, wireframes, page layouts and interactive wireframes deliverables for hand-off to technology; ability to manage partner reviews and ensure timely feedback on CE deliverables.
Ability to provide guidance to UI Developers to build out high fidelity prototypes to support client advisory forums and sales.
Perform prototype testing to validate interface designs with stakeholders and end-users.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the site usability and the overall quality of the site design, organization and structure.
Uphold user interface and site design guidelines to support site evolution and redesigns.
Provide guidance to ensure effective translation of user interface designs during technical implementation.
Support testing activities: test participant, issue identification and resolution.



Required Experience
5+ years'' experience in web/mobile application design, preferably at a financial institution, or supporting a transaction-based site.
8+ overall experience

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
College degree in Interaction or Interface design, or comparable professional experience required
Strong visual design sense, familiarity with branding standards.
Ability to translate requirements and Use Cases into effective User Experience Designs.
Ability to illustrate and annotate interactive wireframes supporting UI designs.
Ability to develop and translate design guidelines and standards.
Knowledge of the RIA technologies, web/mobile development processes & tools.
In-depth knowledge of User Experience Design, best practices and industry standards
In-depth knowledge of user/customer-centered design and development approaches
Experience with financial services or banking preferred.
Familiarity with end-user prototype and usability testing
Experience working in Agile-based project methodology
Experience with Axure required
Pluses:
