Online help
The contractor will assist the state in maintaining the current online help instructions using Robo Help. The current online user interface guide is maintained to the industry standard Electronic Performance Support System or EPSS. The contractor will update the online help with functionality changes as a part of the release process.

Training environments
The contractor will work with conjunction with DTMB to maintain the current production-like training environment, in accordance with the State’s security model, and State resources. The training environment will be updated with each release cycle. DTMB technical teams will work with the contractor and state training team to perform data replication as well as resolve issues related to interfaces, batches, high priority training defects, and other training environment specific customizations.

Release notes
The contractor will provide draft release notes to the state, which include an explanation of the defect/design fix and/or the system enhancements in the release. The contractor will develop a process for working with the design teams to write and review release notes that are understandable to the end users.

The contractor and the field support team will share responsibility to maintain end-user supports. MDHHS staff and contractor staff will work as a team to complete these tasks to maintain the current quality of field support materials so end users are not impacted. SOM Agile teams will coordinate with and complete in-progress training content reviews.
