Our client, a global Medical technology corporation serving Healthcare industry & technologies.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will need to be a positive independent thinker who can write, edit, and review clincial documentation to be articulated in our mobile application solution. You should have the ability to cultivate relationships and clearly express thoughts verbally and through meticulous documentation. You will have customer facing opportunities with the need to discuss in-progress development. You will be called on as a subject matter expert who can speak to specifics of the documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with clinicians to develop conversational maps for chatbot solution
Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive and direct the team
Collaborate in creative brainstorms with development team
Review and edit publicly facing documentation
Aptitude to deliver high-quality products in short timelines
Write and develop medical communication for product development
Create and manage content for online web presence
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in patient centric medical writing.
Experience in building a web presence to patients, i.e. blogging
3-5 years of experience writing for a patient focused audience via web, articles, etc.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in the English language, able to write fluent and grammatically correct as it relates to medical and scientific terminology for consumers
Exposure to Health Care or medical device/technology product management
TOOLS:
MS Office Suite, MS Visio, Team Foundation Server (TFS), SAP, Android, iOS
