Job Description :
Design and develop application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Manage Salesforce application using Salesforce Setup menu creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, analytic snapshots and report types.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Validate Salesforce rules and custom workflow.
Participate in integration process with enterprise systems.
Complete bulk imports/exports of data and batch reassignment of accounts;.
Develop program specifications; Ensure application performance levels are achieved.
Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance and risk.
Develop training plans, materials and documentation, and coordinate training sessions.
Monitor user adoption rates.
Recommend, implement, and test automation strategies.
Deploy Visualforce pages, Apex classes and triggers.
Manage and validate Salesforce Mobile configurations.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Masters (Computer Science, Engineering, or technology-related discipline) and 2 years experience or Bachelors (Computer Science, Engineering, or technology-related discipline) and 5 years experience
At least 7 years experience within an information technology (IT) environment
Experience with Salesforce customization, security controls, creating profiles, roles, users, record types, page layouts and email services
Experience with SFDC administrative tools such as managing users, data management, domain management, generating reports, dashboards, communication templates, tasks and events
Experience with creating Salesforce.com Apex triggers on customized objects, writing Apex classes, Apex controllers, test classes and developing Visual Force Pages
Experience with SOQL and SOSL queries
Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI
Preferred Skills/Experience:
5 years experience with Salesforce programming.
Salesforce Admin and Developer certification desired
2 years experience in Javascript and HTML5
Design experience with Salesforce1 mobile application
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Teamwork: collaboration and a willingness to occasionally work in a pair-programming environment
Strong analytical and technical documentation skills
Strong business analysis skills and demonstrated experience in leveraging Salesforce capabilities to solve business challenges
Strong communication skills: effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally
