Our client, is the world''s largest independent multinational biopharmaceutical company, seeks an accomplished Senior Associate Clinical Supply Chain.


Description:
Sales order management, stock transfer order management, processing of manual and electronic proof of receipts, temperature data review, management of site and transit temperature excursions, ownership of CTETS records, management of returns and reconciliation, first point of contact for site issue resolution, the ability to communicate across a wide range of staff levels and to develop effective relationships with partners in the supply chain.
Manage demand and supply of Pre-Clinical and Phase I Clinical Programs.

Requirements:
Demonstrated skill to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously in a fluid environment with time pressures.
Project management skills including time line generation, action tracking, meeting facilitation, effective communication skills and good documentation practices.
High attention to detail. Ability to operate in a team or matrixed environment.
Understanding of clinical study conduct.
SAP knowledge.
Supply Chain.
Biotechnology pharmaceutical industry; pre-clinical or research experience.
Sound judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective influencing and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Sciences & 2+ years of direct clinical supply chain experience.
CPIM and/or PMP Certification.
Advanced skills using Client systems and tools such as NC/CAPA and CCMS.
