Location : Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA / Edison, NJ ( Remote also will work with Travel)

· It’s a remote position but consultant has to travel (50% TRAVELLING) to client site when required (expenses paid)

Job Summary:

General Accountabilities:
· Hunter Mindset for new logo acquisition, including fresh and current prospecting methodologies.
· Farmer mindset for retention and deeper penetration into new and assigned accounts.
· Reporting, Updates and Forecasting skills.
· Strong follow up and relationship building skills with high ethical standards.
· Ability to call wide into accounts to ensure total suite of solutions is presented and all revenue opportunities are maximized within accounts.
· Develops plans and implements strategies for personal business.
· Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
· Listens, Collaborates as needed and Facilitates a resolution to customer concerns as needed.
· Prepares sales proposals and manages the full sales cycle from Prospecting to Close and Delivery.
· Works with on-site consultants to expand opportunities for clients.
· Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
· Recruiting experience is a plus.
· Must have staffing, consulting and management experience.

Skills:
· Proven Prospecting and New Logo acquisition capabilities.
· Proven ability to meet sales goals for new and existing accounts.
· Have effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
· Experience in Finance and Banking Domain is a big plus
· Must have experience in selling CRM or CLOUD projects
· Must have experience in selling Salesforce.com service
· Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative – ideally someone with both start-up and large employer experience.
· Have the ability to travel as required within the assigned territory.
· Formal Sales Training
· Must be very articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, ethics and success in team based selling.

Job Qualifications: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
