Job Description :
Role: SAP MII – Architect Consultant
Work Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6-12 Months

Must-Have:
Looking for candidate who has good experience on SAP MII and who can quickly understand, review and suggest improvements which can boost the performance of the current system.
Strong hands on techno functional MII consultant with extensive experience in development and implementation of SAP MII version 12 14.0 and 15.0
At least 3 years of experience in implementation of SAP ECC material management for Finished Goods and Raw/Pack Materials
At least 3 years hands on MII experience including development and configuration of SAP MII and SAP PCO
Experience in Plant-unique technical verification (e.g. SAP PCO configuration, operator terminals, handheld configuration, etc
Experience in development and deployment of solution in SAP ECC production planning, Quality Management, Sales & Distribution especially delivery processes, warehouse management, handling unit management business processes, SAP Console and RF mobile devices, Batch management and batch status management, Finance and Controlling
Exposure to any Process data Historian, MES tool and Knowledge of shop floor data collection systems (including PLCs, OPC)
Experience designing, developing and supporting MII Web page development, ABAP, Idcos, interfaces, and web-services.
Experience with Output Determination, Zebra printers and associated programming software, Zebra labels and ZPL code
SQL server knowledge
Knowledge of SAP Netweaver infrastructure, SAP technical architecture, ABAP Web Dynpro, UI5
Strong ABAP development experience
Knowledge in areas of Web Technologies like HTML-5, XSLT, Java Script, CSS, and Ajax
Ability to collect and analyze business requirements, translate requirements into solution design through effective blueprint
Use formal system implementation methodologies during requirements gathering, design, build/test and deployment
Experience in creation of test cases for system integration test and user acceptance test using the business process documentation and use cases
Experience working directly with the client team to resolve system integration test and user acceptance test cases and coordination of defect tracking, analysis and resolution process
Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to interact with senior managers and executives
Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
Self-motivated; able to work independently

Good-to-Have:
ITIL Incident/ Problem/ Change Management Process Knowledge
Flexibility to work in shifts

Role descriptions/Expectations from the Role:
Day to Day operations support and working with business users to resolve the issues, Bug Fixes for the issues/incidents reported, Code fixes.
Follow the security standards. Meet the SLAs and Compliances. Report weekly and monthly SLA and other metrics.
Works with the local and global technical teams and business stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment
Ability to work to tight timelines in a high pressure environment
Actively suggest Continuous Improvements
Communicate progress to the Engagement Managers/ Sr. Managers
