Position : Requirements Analyst – Senior

Location : Rolling Meadows, IL(60008)

Duration : 12 Months

Job Description:
Client is looking for a Senior Systems Analysts in Electronic Manufacturing industry who will be responsible for developing functional specifications for MES product.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in gathering requirements for MES.
Perform technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of
user requirements.
Analyze customer requests, understand need, and document in Functional Specification.
Responsible for technical deliverables for the MES system.
Translate functional requirements into System Design Specifications.
Manage and report on adjustments to scope, schedule, and issues.
User Acceptance testing of solutions developed by the Development Team.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions, must be able to work independently
as well as part of the team.
Participate in sales presentations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME
May be required to support during off-working hours.

Skills:
Experience with implementing other MES Products.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Team player with a ‘can-do’ positive attitude.
Able to travel frequently.
Good knowledge of UNIX scripting, SQL, and other programming languages is a strong advantage.

Education:
Bachelor''s degree or 3 years Industry experience in software development, programming or engineering discipline, preferably implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES
Electronic Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
