Job Description :
2+ years professional recruiting experience at various professional levels. The ideal candidate will have a solid background and knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationship and engage & align with client groups and candidates.
Bench Sales experience is a plus.
Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment. Proven organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Manage the entire life cycle recruiting from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and placing.
Building client relationships and performing contract negotiation and execution.
Building client and candidate database to grow our markets while capturing all activities.
Source candidates through a variety of search methods (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals etc
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, fine tuning standard processes, and staying informed of trends and innovation recruiting techniques.
