Projects & Administrative Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Patient and Family Experience, the Project Manager serves as the key administrative contact for the department with responsibilities for the oversight of all administrative and business activities. Works collaboratively with both internal and external customers to develop and systematically coordinate the administrative and business operations of the department. Administers the financial and budgetary processes of the department. Collects, summarizes and analyzes information while maintaining strict confidentiality. Prepares reports and statistics for use by the department and institution.

Responsible for overall leadership, coordination and development of a range of strategic initiatives, complex programs and projects for the department. Partners with key organizational and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative. Provides expertise in short and long-term assignments including team development, monitoring, guidance, work process analysis and improvement, data analysis and creative problem solving, and facilitation of various strategic initiatives. Provides leadership for department initiatives to ensure project objectives are achieved in an efficient and effective manner and are consistent with the broader goals and objectives of the institution's strategic plan.Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred

Minimum Experience:Five (5) years experience in a business setting or related field required Experience in project management required. Experience leading and facilitating work teams or related experience required

Other Credentials:Certification as PMP (Professional in Project Management) issued by the Project Management Institution preferred
