PeopleSoft FUNCTIONAL Human Resources CONSULTANT.



Description:

-          Provide application support for the My HR Human Resources System. 

-          Identifies and creates solutions by reviewing and analyzing existing systems and processes. 

-          Define functional business requirements and translate them into requirements for updates to the system. 

-          Conducts gap analyses to document discrepancies between business requirements and system capabilities. 

-          May develop project or tasks plans and ensure plan adherence. 

-          As system development progresses, may have input into reporting requirements/report development, user interfaces, and coordinates, conducts or participates in UAT and the final evaluation of the system solution. 

-          Serves as the liaison between the line business (client) and the IT organization.



REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

-          Work Experience - 5 to 8 years related professional experience.

Functional Knowledge & Skills

-          Must have a strong working experience with PeopleSoft Human Resources Administration v9.1 or higher.

-          Experience with any or all of the following PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 Modules: HR, Self-Service, Payroll North America, Benefits and Performance Management.

-          Complete understanding and application of concepts, techniques and standards in general HR and business analysis, as well as IT principles and practices.



Technical Skills

-          Proficient with PS Query tool.

-          Basic knowledge of SQRs and HCM table structure.



Customer & Industry Knowledge

-          Knowledge of HRIS applications.

-          Knowledge of SOX controls and sensitivity of HCM data.
