Job Description :
Must Have:

6-8 years experience in:
process or systems analysis and design work for ERP related systems;
developing functional specifications for large projects;
performing requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation;
documenting functional designs; and
developing test scenarios and scripts, performing system testing, and documenting results
4-5 years experience with PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM
3-4 years experience in:
configuringPeopleSoftmodules;
working with applicationend-users to prototypePeopleSoftmodules in aworkshopsetting;
2-3 years experience in:
conductingpresentations,providing instructorledtraining, orfacilitatingworkshops;and
experience with two (2)ormore of thefollowingPeopleSoft HCM modulesorFSCMmodules:
HCM 9.x CoreHR;
HCM 9.xPositionManagement;
HCM 9.xPayroll,includingCommitmentAccounting;
HCM 9.x TimeandLabor;
HCM ;
HCM 9.x Portal;or
FSCM 9.xGeneralLedger/CommitmentControl;
FSCM 9.xAccountsPayable;
FSCM 9.x Purchasing/eProcurement;
FSCM 9.xAssetManagement;
FSCM 9.xPortal.
1-2 years experience working on implementation project in a lead role related to PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM
Nice to Have:

2-3 years public sector experience
Experience workingwithTexas stategovernmentprocesses, policies,andprocedures.
Specialty expertise inanyof thefollowing:
EnterprisePortal;
State ofTexasMainframeSystems(e.g.,USAS,USPS,SPRS,etc;
State ofTexas ERP (e.g., CAPPS);
State of Texas ERS Applications

Position Responsibilities:

Oversees and/or performs highly- advanced consultative services and analytical work in support of CAPPS Onboarding.
Provides all end-user facing responsibilities in support of CAPPS Onboarding efforts in accordance with CPA established prototyping methodologies.
Evaluates business needs, analyzes processes and creates business cases for changes and process improvements.
Performs scoping followed by configuration and prototyping based on direct interaction with designated end- users and in accordance with best practices

Analyzes software fits/gaps and determines impact to business processes.
Develops and maintains functional design documents for required system enhancements and reports.
Provides system expertise and functional support throughout the application development and application change processes, and agency deployment activities, including functional configuration set-ups and prototyping modules in a workshop setting.
Develops test scenarios and test scripts, executes test scripts and records results using automated test tools.
Validates all system test results.
Coordinates conversion activities.
Assists with training all designated end- user personnel.
Participates in "go-live" cutover activities.
