About the role
The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager/Business Analyst are to work with business stakeholders in assessing current and future processes, with a view to capturing requirements, identifying solution options and providing pragmatic, balanced recommendations, as well as ensuring the day-to-day management of projects that will produce the required products, to the required standard of quality within specific constraints of cost and time.

The Project Manager/Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs and identifying how best to meet those needs. This requires them to work closely with the business stakeholders, internal development and infrastructure teams and any Third Party Suppliers in assuring the solution design and evaluating how this fulfills the requirements, understanding the business impact, and working with the business in supporting the solution sign off through effective testing and business process change delivery.
The Project Manager/Business Analyst adheres to the established processes, methodology and practices, while carrying out their responsibilities. This includes meeting established quality standards.

About your experience
A minimum of 3-5 years previous Project Management and Business Analysis experience within a global / North American/ European retailer. Knowledge of full retail business processes and retail best practice.
Experience of managing the implementation of retail focused solutions throughout the full delivery lifecycle
Experience of selecting and managing third party suppliers
Experience of formal Project Management methodology
Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including MS project and MS Visio
