Rate: $60/Hr on W2 all inc

The Senior Business System Analyst will be responsible for the preparation, review and revision of technical documents for the project and should have good interpersonal skills, a background in communications, technical writing, vendor management and experience with project management. Tasks may include technical writing/editing, project management, presentation, contract administration and overall decision making.

Business System Analyst - Senior (LC2b) The following personnel specifications are intended to represent the minimum levels of experience and ability recommended for staffing this engagement. Proposed staff augmentation will consist of the following:
Sr. Business System Analyst
Staff Augmentation - One (1) senior level Business System Analyst that will be responsible for the executing the following:
Working with management, technical personnel, and subject matter experts to create master project schedule, content guidelines, specifications, and development milestones.
Preparing required documentation in the appropriate format. Analyzing the data and user requirements to ensure that documentation is clear, concise, and valid.
Writing, in clear and concise language, such technical documents as procedure manuals, service manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related technical publications.
Conducting meetings that interface between IT, Communications and other stakeholders.
Developing and updating user documentation including quick reference guides and troubleshooting procedures.
Coordinating scheduling and production of all supporting technical material and manuals.
Developing an understanding of the requirements for the features being developed, including target audience.
Collaborating with redesign vendor(s) to ensure accuracy of website development.
Attending and participating in work sessions involving customer requirements, functional design and testing.
Participating in special projects as required.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor''s degree in mass communications, information systems, or related field preferred.
6+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization.
Experience in the complete SDLC from project inception through operational support.
Well-versed in meeting with users to gather requirements, documenting these requirements and serving as liaison between user and IT community.
