Job Description:
Full-time, permanent position managing implementation of ERP system with ongoing responsibilities to include managing system enhancements, developing / maintaining employee training, on-boarding new hires, and troubleshooting
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the company’s business goals in collaboration with executive management.
Experience with CRM
Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones
Effectively communicate project timelines to executive management, implementation team members and employees
Manage ERP vendor relationship, schedules and deliverables
Manufacturing Experience.
Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Determine and assess need for additional resources if necessary during project lifecycle
Develop and deliver progress reports, training documents and presentations
Proactively manage changes to project and devise contingency plans
