Qualifications:
High School diploma and two (2) years of business or financial analysis.
AA degree is preferred.
Proficient in basic math skills, including percentages.
Ability to identify system and operational errors, analyze and make decisions using available data while appropriately following prescribed processes/procedures.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.
Ability to write and execute SQL or Access queries preferred.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and troubleshoot meter data and resolve meter-to-bill system errors following prescribed processes, to ensure accurate and timely customer billing.
Perform critical aspects of meter data management resolution, such as analyzing system errors to determine proper course of resolution, correction of readings, creation of field orders/investigations, identifying equipment failures, etc. Assist with route management functions, create/maintain meter/premise/service point characteristics and notes and create/validate service cycle schedules.
