This is Contract-to-Hire position
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide support for existing ERP system (Made 2 Manage), which includes: adding/deleting/update user access to the system while maintaining SOX compliance, troubleshooting any issues that may come up during day to day operations, and performing routine maintenance within Made 2 Manage to maintain integrity and improve overall system uptime.
Perform development work with ERP system and associated interfaces as required by the business. Support Business Objects Edge reporting system which includes: using Crystal Reports to develop reports for different groups within the company and upgrading/troubleshooting any issues that may occur with the Business Objects Edge Server. Also responsible for supporting Qlikview dashboards and creating new dashboards as requested by the business
Applies current ERP knowledge to provide adequate support for all business users.
Uses technical skills to advance the business and introduce new technology to the business.
Applies knowledge of current system capabilities and current use of systems to requests for enhancements and support
Knowledge of organization, technology standards, functional business processes, and IT procedures and methods
Collaborative relationships with functional system users, business management, and IT co-workers to achieve shared objectives
Creative approaches to solving problems and improving processes and systems
Command of both high-level concepts and task-level details
Effective time management skills to balance support requests, enhancements, and project work
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Gathers, documents, designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains enhancements to current systems
Provides administrative and technical support for existing ERP system and adjacent systems and interfaces
Understands the different ERP modules and how they are used by the business in their day to day operations in order to provide proper support.
Maintains a high uptime level for the ERP system by running utilities on a defined schedule.
Gathers, documents, designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains dashboards and reports from current systems
Provides administrative support for Business Objects Server.
Develops/Maintains Crystal reports as required by the business.
Develops/Maintains Qlikview dashboards as required by the business.
Executes financial controls and quality procedures affecting IT systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor''s (BS) in Computer Science, Business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
Has successfully administered an ERP system within the last 2 years.
Proficient in T-SQL or SOQL and has the ability to create complex queries to retrieve data.
Proficient in QlikView Desktop or equivalent software.
Proficient in Crystal Reports or equivalent software.
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills
Proficient PC skills; including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
SalesForce.com experience and working with integration tools such as Jitterbit a plus.
