Role: EMR/Claims analytics/RWE consultant
Location: Northridge, CA
Duration: 6+ months

Job description:
1) Experience on Data warehousing in a healthcare or a payer environment leveraging claims data
2) Data profiling and analysis of claims data sets. Should have experience in data integration and warehousing and used in Patient care or patient support scenarios
3) Expertise on claims and EMR data for RWE ( real world evidence) scenarios
4) Hands on working experience with Claims and EMR data use in a pharmaceutical environment
5) Hands on working experience with Data analytics for Popular databases like Optum, IMS health, CMS Data etc.
6) Understanding of healthcare data semantics and interoperability needs
7) Understanding of data science algorithms
8) Expertise on analytics tool like R and SAS
9) Understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering
Ability to build relationships with clinicians and clinical business teams
