Job Description :
Important notes about this position:
3-5 days/week, depending on workload, 20-40 hours a week depending on workload.
Potential for this to be a long term assignment depending upon the right candidate.

Description & Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design AND eLearning technical development skills. The ideal candidate started his/her career as a graphic designer, then moved into designing eLearning.
Must be familiar with Learning Management Systems and well versed in working within an LMS.
Strong proficiency/working experience using the authoring tool Articulate Storyline2
Must be fluent in best practices regarding the design and development of eLearning for adult learners, as well as how to publish content to a Learning Management System.
Strongly desired experience using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or developed in Flash, that would be a bonus.
Must have technical skills related to graphic design. Experience using the full Adobe CC Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
Strong ability to think creatively and push in new directions. Must be a team-oriented, positive individual. Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, high-energy, positive culture.
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Must possess adherence to deadlines with superb follow up skills. Commitment to working and contributing at the highest level to a high performance culture.

Assignments will vary:
Support L&D team with ELearning design for a variety of ongoing projects.
Partner with the L&D team on Learning Management System implementation team.
Supporting Corporate E-Learning design and content for LMS.
