Job Description :

Role: Cisco Engineer
Location: Irwindale, CA

This position is a mid-level tier 3 support position with duties and roles including service restoral support for our operations center(s), field technicians and escalations from the business units. Additionally, the role includes various work in asset management, best practice and/or audit remediation, and some support for our engineering group as they deploy new services.

Responsibilities:
Implement LAN/WAN connectivty using CISCO routers and switches
Understand TCP/IP addressing, troubleshooting
Configure devices to lastest IOS levels
Configure Wireless LAN, Access Points, and Wireless Controllers

Experience Required:
Firewall Management using Palo Alto or McAfee infrastructure

Tools:
NetScout, MegaSys/Telenium, Computer Associates Spectrum, Wireshark, Splunk, CISCO Netflow, Infloblox (NetMRI)
