Position: Administrative/Production Clerk
Location: Portland, OR 97209
Duration: 12 Months

Description:
Plays key role in fulfillment of consulting event materials and product order fulfillment.
Assist with product order fulfillment, which includes printing, trimming, burning discs, product assembly, packing and shipping/receiving materials.
Responsible for tracking inventory of products and supplies pertaining to this function on a monthly basis and ordering materials for creating products.
This individual will begin their day in the office completing some data entry and creating paperwork for their daily tasks using SAP.
They will then move to a printing room, where they will spend 75-80% of their day on their feet assembling workbooks and manuals.
This individual will need to be able to consistently lift 15-20 pounds while printing and packaging workbooks, and will need to be able to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
This position requires attendance of 1 weekly meeting. Working hours are not flexible.

Requirements:
Some higher level education preferred.
Microsoft Suite experience (basic) required.
Being able to stand all day required.
Five to seven years relevant experience required (projects, internships and professional experience count
SAP is highly desired.
Good verbal communication a must.
Candidates must be detail oriented and possess strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
