Expert-level understanding of standards, protocols and concepts that are used within an 802.11a/g/b/n network.
Experience surveying, designing, deploying and managing Wireless Networks including routers, switches, access points, and other network related hardware.
10 years+ experience in a high performing service focused NOC environment supporting city wide and national wifi deployments.
Continue to support XWiFi and new WiFi environments in enhanced and efficient manner
- Direct support for escalations - BU, LM, ACES, Business Services, XOCs, EET, DMO and CNOC
- Develop and manage XWiFi operational flows from Care (ITGs) to CNOC escalation routing SOPs
- Support RCA and sustained engineering investigations
- Support special projects/events (i.e., Pope visit, DNC, field trials)

Technical:
Small/start-up experience with
Knowledge of Wifi to back office (accounting/billing integration
SQL, Linux and Radius
Ubiquity would be a plus.
Wireless internet service provider exp. would be helpful.
Field experience (RF, site surveys, using tools, heat maps, RF signaling)
wISP/ISP Experience
