Good to have experience in OTMM 10.5 & OTMM 16.0
Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of ECM products and services, be involved in their direction, especially from a technology standpoint
Stay current on the latest software and technology trends, be able to make well-reasoned, fact based technical choices on adoption
Create, share and promote software best practices across teams
Ensure tickets are handled properly and closed on time in Service-Now
Good oral and written communications skills
