Professional Trainer to work with Client as mentioned below.

Design and deliver customer virtual training sessions that introduce, motivate, engage and skill users on M365 technology.

Develop a KB library of learning assets and promoting its use for users.

Identifying opportunities to improve and evolve training offering based on feedback.

Keeping up to date on the evolution of Microsoft 365 so we always know what’s coming and how it can benefit users.

Minimum 5+ years of Microsoft 365 training experience.

Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 concepts, to be the expert voice for users.

Worked in learning and development department across organizations.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to have: Certification on Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365.
