Job Title: TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Job Duties: Collaborating with hiring managers to assess healthcare staffing needs and working with the internal team to identify and recruit highly qualified candidates. Managing the recruitment and hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare staff. overseeing the compliance department and ensuring candidate onboarding is effective and thorough. Expertise in Client Relationship and Retention Management, Revenue generation through new account development and key account management. Understanding clients' projects technical requirements. Manage the development of recruitment strategies, identifying appropriate recruitment sources, and achieving the recruitment goals and delivery. Expertise in using software tools such as HubSpot, JobDiva, Glider, Different Job boards, LinkedIn. Staying informed on healthcare staffing trends and changes in the industry and providing insights to clients and internal staff as needed. Collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve processes, systems, and service offerings, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare staff, and internal stakeholders, building trust and loyalty.
Requirements: Associate's in Business Administration. or related field with 60 months of experience in job offered or related work. Must be able to travel temporarily to client sites throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
Hours: 40/week, Mon. to Fri., 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Offered Salary: $107578.00 Yearly
