System Analyst

  • Experience in systems analysis, with expertise in APIs, Data, and distributed Application ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in conducting complex system analysis, identifying key areas for improvement, and planning system enhancements or migrations.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data analysis concepts, including proficiency in SQL, Stored procedures, Databases etc
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working with cross-functional teams and articulating technical concepts to a varied audience.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, with a focus on AWS, including familiarity with cloud migration strategies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Capability modeling, to align with the enterprise blueprint.
  • Strong technical writing, story writing and documentation using various tools.
  • Fundamental understanding of technical architecture of n-tier systems, and may have direct experience working on developer tooling, APIs, Data, SDKs, and application ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with integration testing, and observability tools such as Datadog and Splunk.
  • Impactful communication and presentation skills, both to influence and educate business partners.
