Job Description :
2.2.1 General
2.2.2 The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board is initiating this Work Request to solicit responses for two expert Systems Analysts. It is anticipated that each Systems Analyst will need to provide approximately 125 hours of service, per month, for the WSLCB. The Contractor Staff shall complete functions including, but not limited to the following:
Specific Tasks and Expectations:
1. Plan, lead and manage functional and nonfunctional requirements for a project
2. Facilitate requirement gathering sessions
3. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
4. Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
5. Develop business and system specification documents
6. Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrix
7. Document use cases from business requirements and business process flows
8. Perform gap analysis on current and future system functionality
9. Review test cases and test results to ensure new system functionality is align with functional and nonfunctional requirements
10. Prepare and deliver regular communication to stakeholders
11. Collaborate with other systems analysts, software developers and system owners to plan, define, document, configure, develop and test.
2.2.3 Work Requirements:
The Contractor Staff will work collaboratively with the WSLCB staff in activities which may include, but are not limited to:
1. Conducting analysis or gathering information with WSLCB staff.
2. Seeking input or direction from the WSLCB staff or management.
3. Development of any criteria for decision making choosing among options
4. Peer review and feedback on work assignments.
5. Preparing materials, demo system, or data for presentations.
6. Maintenance of a work or task plan.
