Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly proficient Sterling Integrator Expert with specialized knowledge in integrating SAP and Oracle ERP systems, coupled with extensive experience in system integration across various platforms. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of seamless integration solutions to optimize data exchange and enhance business processes within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect integration solutions to seamlessly connect SAP, Oracle ERP, and other pertinent systems within the organizational framework.
  • Develop custom adapters, APIs, and workflows utilizing Sterling Integrator to facilitate efficient data flow and automate processes.
  • Map data structures and execute data transformations to ensure coherence and consistency in data exchange among systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, devise solutions, and execute integration projects.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and security across integrated platforms.
  • Implement best practices for EDI and B2B integration, fostering seamless communication with external partners and suppliers.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements to integration solutions, addressing system challenges and optimizing performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in integration capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Sterling Integrator Expert with demonstrable expertise in integrating SAP and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards, and B2B integration, and proficient in data mapping/transformation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in Sterling Integrator development, encompassing custom adapter development, API integration, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, XSLT, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with other ERP systems and integration platforms is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in integration technologies or ERP systems are desirable.
