SAP EWM/QM/PP (Manufacturing)
The SAP-EWM/QM/PP Functional Consultant/Specialist is responsible for process analysis, system design, systems development, configuration, testing, implementation and training to support the SAP functions of our clients according to business requirements.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to gather an understanding of their business needs and assist the client in configuration and implementation of the software.
- Actively involved in the design, Business requirements, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
- Perform the necessary analysis and consultation to identify business issues, solution requirements and related benefits.
- Apply product knowledge and business process expertise to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional interaction with customers and team members.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of modeling standards and tools in pertains to SAP-EWM.
- Ensure accurate daily time entries and descriptions by the project team are entered into JIRA.
- Attending project planning, departmental and company meetings.
- Acts with sense of urgency and accountable for EWM system design, development and support.
Qualifications:
Key Technical & Functional Skills
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP EWM configuration
- At least 3 full project life cycle implementations with the SAP EWM module
- At least 3 EWM Support project experience
Key Job Description Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree, master's preferred in Engineering or related degree
- Experienced with EWM-Extended Warehouse Management working with clients to solve business issues.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP EWM's capabilities, including strengths and gaps.
- Must have experience in Configuration and solution design of Process Strategies, PPF, and Warehouse Structures.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Ability to work independently as well as multi-tasks.
- Follow EWM Support SLA, flexible to work in multiple shifts.
