Mandatory Skills
* 10-15 years IT and solution experience.
* Define project to match business needs.
* Understand Enterprise needs/ architecture.
* Ensure project is aligned with enterprise architecture needs.
* Healthcare/ Pharma domain exp.

* Excellent business/ solution architecture skills.
* Must have good elicitation and comprehension skills to be able to quickly understand business needs

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good understanding of SDLC and agile development processes.
* Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of an organization.
* Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices.

* Familiar with a variety of the field''s concepts, practices, and procedures.

* Having worked on enterprise level n tier applications with large scale deployment
* Having worked on core java and j2ee technologies ( JMS, JDBC, JNDI, EJB''s, EJB, JSP, Servlet, JAXB )
* Demonstrated Expertise in Object Oriented Design and Java/J2EE Web development within UNIX and Windows environments
* Developed Web services (SOAP and RESTful) using JSON and XML formats; and performing application build, deploy, and support using Ant and unit testing techniques.
* Working with Swing framework.
* Writing SQL queries to extract data
