Must Have
Must be Sitecore Certified
4-5 yrs minimum working experience on continuous sitecore projects
Built from scratch and was involved in the design and implementation of a site in a production environment
Designed Data Templates, Renderings, and Content items with configurable/resuseable components, using placeholder settings, insert options, standard template values, design layouts, inherited base templates esigns, and compatible renderings
Worked on multi-site/mulit-language implementations
Experience with administrative – maintenance of sites pages and knowledgeable with security features.
For the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) - they must have a good understanding of the architecture and can explain how the xDB, uses Mongo, and how user interactions are processed and aggregated to the reporting server
(SHOULD HAVE)
Worked with different version of Sitecore CMS 6.x, 7.x, 8.x, 9.x
Worked on implementations using Sitecore MVC and Webform
Knowledge of configuring xDB, Mongo, Lucene, Solr
Worked on and developed custom Sitecore piplines
Experience with project using the Helix design patterns
Manage or setup Security Roles/User settings
Setting up of Content Delivery and Management environments (CD/CM) for live and testing websites WITHOUT any SIM or .exe tools
Experience working with Sitecore Configuration settings and Optimization
