qualifications:
SRE Role: Seeking candidates with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering.
GCP Certification: Preferably holding certifications such as Associate Cloud Engineer, DevOps, or Architect.
Experience: Two or more years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise solutions in Google Cloud.
GCP Cloud Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of GCP cloud infrastructure, including various services, security, IAM, service accounts, VPC.
Provisioning Tools: Proficiency in provisioning tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Continuous Integration: Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, Nexus, Git-Bit Bucket, Maven, Gradle, Run Deck.
System Administration: Skills in system administration, automation, and orchestration of Linux/Windows using Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Salt Stack. Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
Kubernetes: Knowledge and experience in Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Application Servers: Experience in configuring and administering application servers like Tomcat and NGINX.
Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Unix Shells, Python, and Bash.
Responsibilities:
Collaborative Efforts: Participate in projects with Enterprise Architecture and product development teams.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to business continuous improvement efforts beyond customer-focused teams.
Guidance and Direction: Provide guidance and direction to distributed teams, including onshore and offshore resources.
Technical Artifacts: Responsible for creating and maintaining all technical artifacts on the platform.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to onshore/offshore development teams.
