The key to this position is understanding the processes (ITIL) behind the ServiceNow coding development. That is why communication and collaboration is so important (every bit as important if not more so than the actual coding itself
We are looking for someone in the $60 range – upper mid-level ServiceNow developer with a deep understanding of ITSM processes and work flows as well as Agile SDLC methodology. This is a long-term assignment and we can start with a phone/skype interview.
The ability to Lead development related projects (work sessions and discovery diagramming process flows and compliance and auditing, etc. ) and effectively communicate is

Requirements Include: Deliver end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of the ServiceNow Platform, Core System, and Applications. Perform discovery work sessions to determine the solution requirements. Perform design work sessions and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc. Apply Agile software development practices for customization to the platform and applications. Provide support and technical consulting and mentoring. Assist customers with understanding ITSM, ServiceNow, and Agile approaches. Strong understanding of ITIL and Service Management. Agile Software development practices. Experience with web-based languages; JavaScript/Angular, Jelly, Ajax, HTML/CSS, etc. Passion for system and integration testing. ITIL certification. ServiceNow System Administration Certificate. Experience with integrations such as Active Directory. ServiceNow development, including scripting and advanced workflows. Advanced ability to create and modify SQL queries. Understand full application lifecycle (SDLC Incident Management and Service Desk (expert level knowledge
