Job Description :
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for delivering IT Service Management and other IT practices using the ServiceNow platform. This position reports to the Associate Director - Development who is seeking candidates who have a:

Deliver and support end-to-end automated solutions which include technical implementation of integrating applications into the ServiceNow Platform and workflow.
Perform and/or participate in discovery and design work sessions to determine best practice solution requirements and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc.
Follow release management best practices (Update Sets, Information Sets, Cloning, naming conventions, etc for all customization and configuration to the platform and applications
Provide support and technical consulting and mentoring for assigned projects and project tasks
Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development, including:
LDAP, SSO, Initial Data Loads, Import Sets, and Scheduled Jobs
Reports, Notifications, and Alerts
Integration between ServiceNow and other applications via SOAP and REST APIs
Workflow, including core and custom activities in both public and private application scope
User Interface - configure and maintain Forms, Lists, Views, UI Policy, UI Scripts, UI Actions and other UI elements for all currently installed Service Now modules
