Job Description :
Job Title: Service Desk,
Location: Sharonville, OH
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Look for only USC – Locals Only
Project Start Date: After Jan 3rd 2019 Only

1.Prior experience in Deskside Support or Service Desk
2.Good knowledge on Operating systems Windows 7 and 8.
3.Sound knowledge of OS deployment using MDT, SCCM or any other tools
4.Basic knowledge of networking and servers.
5.Basic Knowledge of Active Directory.
6.Experience in Blackberry -Added Advantage
7.Good communication & interpersonal skills

Day to day activity:
Phone + Chat Support
Log and troubleshoot issues
Escalate as defined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document
Refer Knowledge Base and promote the use of Self Help,
Encourage feedback for services rendered.
Receive Feedback from quality and adhere to the shift and break schedules.
Available for 24X 7 Shifts and Weekend coverage
