ROLE: SAP S4 HANA FICO ARCHITECT
LOCATION: Preferred onsite in San Bernardino, CA; if the candidate is not onsite, periodic travel to the client location in CA will be required

Role Summary:
Proven multi-functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
Superb communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
Ability to guide and manage a team of specialists in configuring the finance process in SAP, both onsite and offshore.
Proven ability to work with multiple customers, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.
Role Qualifications:
15+ years' experience in various roles in the planning, design, and implementation of SAP FICO
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC Finance (GL, AP, AR, AM), profitability analysis, bank management and cost center accounting.
Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique Systems Integrator.
Understands the integration with other key functions.
Specific Industry experience preferred
