ROLE: SAP Delivery Lead HR

Job Description/ Responsibilities
 
Manage the day to day activities of the SAP cloud based SuccessFactors implementation Program
Work with the Program Management team and other members of the Project Organization
Be responsible for the overall delivery of the project from the technical perspective including but not limited to design, configuration, data migration, interfaces, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live etc.
Ensure a proper delivery plan is in place in line with the organizational mandate, and execute the delivery plan to meet the goals of the program
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and that they meet the standards of the organization
Manage risks and issues of the project including timely escalation and pursuit of resolution
Lead and guide workstreams as well as perform individual tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Create and publish project status reports in a timely fashion
Provide inputs to steering committee reports
What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
10+ years of implementing SAP HCM
7+ years of implementing SAP SucessFactors (Cloud based SaaS)
Experience in modules including but not limited to: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Variable Payment, Succession & Development, Reporting.
Experience in HR business processes
Prior delivery lead or program management experience working in complex global environments - **Should have managed teams, solution and project delivery**
Experience working in matrixed organization
Abililty to navigate complex organizational structures
Hands on configuration experience in both on prem and cloud environments
Experience working on technical aspects of the program including but not limited to data migration, complex interfaces and architecture
Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior members of the organization including steering committee members and sponsors

Non-SAP skills required include: MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Productivity tools including Word, Powerpoint etc.
