Job Description:
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce application development, extensions, and customization
•Bachelor’s degree in information science, Business, Engineering, or related field
•Strong functional understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing Business processes
•Implementing security measures to safeguard data and sensitive information, managing user access, and enforcing security best practices
•Expertise in using REST API's, SOAP Web services, SOQL, SOSL
•Configuration – Hands on Experience in Data Model, Security, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Process Builder and Flow
•Knowledge of Development/Coding standards and best Practices in VF/Apex and governor limits
•Deployment – Hands on Experience in Changeset
•Customization – Experience in Future Methods, Queueable
•Configuration – Experience in Email Template, Translation Workbench, Partner Portal, Salesforce Mobile App
•Hands on Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
•Data Migration – Data Loader, Import Wizard
•Knowledge of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System
•Should be experienced in translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy
•Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies
•Customer orientation and customer facing skills
•Effectively communicating technical solutions, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and team members
