Location: 100% remote for contract position - If hired as a full time employee they will have to travel into the office for meetings and special events. If they are on the local Chicago area the is highly preferred but looking for the best candidates
IV: 3 interviews - 1 interview with manager and one of the architect, 2nd with another IT service manager and 3rd with another IT service manager
Work Schedule: M - F 8 to 5 CST Will this resource work any OT? As needed - international project - could be before or after shift and on the weekends
End Salary: 110k - 150K depending on experience and qualifications. If Temp to hire. Does this position require a degree? Yes, preferred degrees are computer science, mathematics and management of business information technology preferred

As well as propose software solutions, prepare data requirements, and document other technical details.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business requirements, and leverage your expertise to drive successful Salesforce initiatives (project based or steady state support).
Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Gathering and Analysis: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud functionalities. - Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Salesforce Solution Design: - Design and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud. - Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other systems used in sales and service processes.
User Training and Support: -Provide training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities, ensuring effective adoption of Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud features. -Offer ongoing support and address user issues and concerns.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce BSA with a focus on Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications related to Sales Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales and service contract processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills
