Job Description :
What Will I Be Doing?
o Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define/document business, financial, operations requirements and systems goals, and identify/resolve systems and process issues.
o Learn how our users interact with our systems so you can better support them.
o Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems and features to enhance business processes, operations, and information process flow.
o Provide thought leadership on how to enhance our systems to make our users more effective.
o Collaborate in the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
o Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address technical solutions to existing business challenges.
o Create process flows, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
o Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
o Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems as needed in a way they can easily learn and apply.
o Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members so they can grow in to more amazing people.
o Partners with internal business constituents to facilitate, implement and support processes and controls that increase overall efficiencies and decrease applicable risks to the enterprise.
What’s Required of Me?
o Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field.
o 7+ years of experience in business analysis, gathering requirements and implementing packaged application software, specifically Saleforce.com Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud supporting core business processes…in the cloud.
o Experience with Agile methodology and user story definitions.
o Experience documenting Business Process Flows using MS Visio or similar diagraming software.
o Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts so we know what we’ve done and what needs to be done.
o Experience translating requirements into test scripts so we get things right.
o Experience with core business software applications, including: finance, accounting, HR, CRM
o Experience with Sharepoint (or similar, but we use some serious Sharepoint) for document management and sharing.
o Experience interfacing with vendors, both big and small.
o Must be able to effectively communicate (written and oral) with others throughout the organization…can’t just stare at email all day.
o Got to have the customer service attitude! Internal or external, all our customers are important and having someone who strives for excellence is key.
o Teams are important to us, so they should be important to you! Collaboration and effectively communicating with team members is a must.
o However, we also have times of independence. Comfort there would be great as well!

The Principal Enterprise Analyst is the face of the Enterprise Technical Services (ETS) team to the business for Saleforce.com solutions and processes. Working closely with business leaders and SMEs in Sales, Professional Services, Customer Services, and Finance organizations this personable individual will develop a solid understanding of business process and needs. He/she will participate in the analysis and triage of work intake for the Saleforce.com team, work assignment, solutioning, and manage the semi-monthly release. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, will be self-motivated, success driven, and be able to prioritize workload. This role requires prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator in fast paced business environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor'' s degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering
5-7 years of experience in configuring and managing Saleforce.com Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud
Proficient in Salesforce.com administrative skills, such as creating user, profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and process builder
Experience with deployments from sandbox to production
Experience in performing data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using data loader
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and be results-driven
Proven experience building Salesforce components supporting core business processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification
Experience with FinancialForce PSA
Experience with Salesforce customer communities and lightning process builder
Familiarity with VisualForce development
Familiarity with Apex coding and syntax
Experience implementing Knowledge management
Understanding of the Salesforce data schema
Saleforce.com Developer certification
