Job Description :
We are looking for candidate strong in SharePoint online Development skills and ITIL process.

Hands on experience on SharePoint 2010 2013 O365 SharePoint Online and Office AppsTrouble shoot issues related with SharePoint Server SharePoint clients and other technologies SharePoint Search Nintex and InfoPathDeliver technical support for MS Share point Server and related technologiesExcellent Communications skills Manage tickets and tickets queues appropriatelyEnsure tickets are resolved within SLA Maintain and continual update of the Knowledge Management system for all the issues as on when resolved Coordinate and work directly with the internal teams Infrastructure Database BI and Platform and Microsoft Premier Support Services and any external team during incident and problem resolution follow up till closure Interface with delivery groups to ensure complex problems are being worked appropriately and escalate incidents to Vendors Perform Root cause analysis for the incidents as part of preventive maintenance Monitor track and report
