Responsys RPL Consultant 

Onsite in RiverWoods, IL

Long Term Contract

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution: devise campaign strategy with key stakeholders.
    • Implementation experience on Responsys modules/Features like Campaigns, Programs, Insights, Audience, Contents, List and Data Sources, Connect, and Integration etc.
    • Develop, execute, and lead email, push, In-App, Web push and SMS lifecycle marketing programs to achieve target business KPIs.
    • Analysing and implementing strategic changes.
    • Driving continuous improvement in the end-to-end campaign process including campaign build, QA and deployment.
    • Creating reports for all campaigns that have been executed.
    • Strong Customer interactions and service orientation to understand customer's critical situations and accordingly provide the response.
    • Being the key point of contact with business stakeholders such as Marketing & Analytics teams to explain campaign build methodology and work collaboratively to ensure programs are designed to maximise efficiencies offered through Responsys capability.
    • Being the key point of contact with technical stakeholders such as Data, IT and support teams to ensure any challenges with the Responsys platform are collaboratively addressed.


Skills and Qualifications

    • 4+ years' experience working hands-on in Responsys Marketing automation implementations.
    • Experienced relevant marketing experience, developing multi-channel content strategies.
    • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to successfully keep to deadlines.
    • Certification as well as practical experience is critical to this role.
    • Working knowledge of email development best practices design, maximising delivery rates and responsive design.
    • SQL knowledge to manipulate and aggregate data as needed for optimal journey & ad-hoc builds.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Good knowledge in HTML and CSS.
    • Experienced in working with Marketing teams and campaign briefs and managing end to end campaign design, build, QA & delivery.
    • Track record in driving operational efficiencies through automation & reusable campaign build practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
