Job Description :

The SAP Solution Architect will oversee and guide the continual maturity and investment within SAP deployments.

Develop and maintain SAP roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives;

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and define requirements for new and existing SAP solutions;

Design, develop and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing industry best practices and standards;

Provide inputs to SAP related projects, ensuring they are aligned with overall objectives and best practices;

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in SAP solutions and processes; and

Develop and maintain relationships with key SAP vendors and partners.

 

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of HCM processes and business integrations with other areas

15 years of experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Applications with a focus on HR/HCM  and SF modules

Experience implementing SAP HCM functionality understanding SAP Time Evaluation and SAP Payroll rules and schemas

5 years of experience implementing SuccessFactors modules Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, EC Payroll, CDP, P&G, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits,

Deep understanding and knowledge of HXM FIORI apps.

Experience on integration of SuccessFactrors with S4/HANA modules

Experience managing Integration designing HCM and Payroll integrations

Experience with Agile methodologies and techniques

Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation

Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
