Our company is looking for a Sales Lead/Business Development lead in United States. This role can be remote or hybrid in Austin, TX

We are looking for someone who can help bring in new clients into our company and Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

• Technical knowledge in an added advantage – IT product or service based which Kalpita follows

• Managing sales progress and adapt work as required

• Coordinating staff and internal resources

• Ensuring sales meet deadlines

• Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts

• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans

• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing sales

• Conducting client presentations and creating detailed reports for management and clients

• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
