Join our team as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Policy Enforcement Point, crucial for implementing policy-based access control for various Data Loss Prevention (DLP) modules. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring the security and compliance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the Policy Enforcement Tool(s) for effective access control.
  • Implement features to track test cases, log incoming/outgoing requests, and identify sensitive information passing through DLP measures.
  • Ensure compliance with business standards, industry regulations, and organizational security requirements.
  • Utilize synthetic data for rigorous testing of security controls to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of the Policy Enforcement Point to meet evolving security needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable software engineering problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and tools related to asset protection.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Experience with data patterns/data mining within common data repositories (SQL, MSSQL Server, Mongo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with access controls (role and attribute-based).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Azure cloud and PlainID tool for integrating apps/users with access authorization tools.
