We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manual and Automation Tester with experience in Critical Reasoning Test (CRT) testing and proficiency in the TOSCA automation tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing methodologies along with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and user stories.
  2. Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure software quality.
  3. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using the TOSCA automation tool.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing activities align with project timelines and objectives.
  5. Identify, prioritize, and report defects with clear steps to reproduce.
  6. Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions to provide input on testability and potential risks.
  7. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor???s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a QA Manual and Automation Tester, with a focus on CRT testing.
  3. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  4. Proficiency in designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts using TOSCA.
  5. Solid knowledge of SQL and databases for backend testing.
  6. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  9. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium or HP UFT.
  2. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  3. Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  4. Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
