AWS is a must as well along with Python, Django, Vue.
Must have skills:
• 5+Proficiency at designing and developing software using many of the following: [Python (Django)], SQL (Postgres), AWS (S3, Fargate, ElastiCache, RDS), Terraform, Athena, Fargate, Step Functions, ElasticSearch
• 3+Experience building enterprise software with complex business rules and data models
• 3+Experience designing and developing microservices or other distributed systems
• 3+Experience with scaling to work with large data sets
• 2+Proficiency in Agile software development methodology, processes, and practices
Business problems these developers will handle:
Actively participate as a coder and reviewer among a small software engineering team.
• Work closely with Agile teams to collectively devise, build, assess, and maintain data-centric solutions.
• Lead discussions on architecture and decision-making within the team and in collaboration with other teams.
• Engage with essential project stakeholders, guide team members, and advance software engineering methodologies.
• Establish and promote the adoption of technologies and methodologies aimed at reducing risk and enhancing efficiency.
• Uphold and enhance established software development standards and best practices.
