Masterâ¿¿s Degree in Engineering or Science 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience
Experience managing complex VLSI projects or multiple projects combined into a program with demonstrated success.
5+ years of VLSI project experience in - RTL Design or Verification or Physical Design. Good knowledge of end-to-end SoC development process.
PMP certification Good experience in customer / stakeholder management ranging from General managers, Directors to Vice Presidents. Excellent communication skills - written and oral.
Experience leading culturally diverse and cross functional teams Good inter-personal / people management skills.
Strong negotiation skills
